"Natural systems and our quality of life
are at risk because our leaders deny the existence and value of webstrings. Were you ever taught about their existence and nature?
Do you know how to use them to sustain balance in relationships?"
- Dr. Michael J. Cohen, Program
Director
Has this scenario ever happened to you?
"The unpredictable Charles Tinks, who I knew since childhood, had
come of age and now wanted to change his name. I understood and agreed
enthusiastically. For 18 years he lived in the ridicule of "Charles
Stinks." The judge, without hesitation, granted his request to become
Jim Tinks (not James!)
Although Charles changed, his name, his unpredictability remained. When
I met him the next day I inadvertently called him Charles. Angrily, he
accused me of disrespect, "You called me a name I discarded,"
he clambered. Aghast, I explained it would take me time to get used to
his new name and wasn't he being intolerant? " 'Jim' is correct, its
my choice, my time has come, and it's legal. Just do it." he blasted.
What a turn off! I was one of many caught in this trap. I wanted little
to do with him, but we ran across each other frequently. I was always anxious
lest I slip and again annoy him as well as be victim to his hurt and wrath.
What Jim needed was to design an educational campaign that would safely
help me and others make the name transition. None was offered.
It's been almost a year now. I still think of Jim as Charles but, out
of respect and fear, have learned to call him Jim. It feels awkward but,
OK, some things take time and effort if they are to happen. I wonder how
long it would have taken me to make the change had Jim not made an issue
of it whenever I trespassed? I have fully accommodated other people's name
changes, but it has taken much time."
BUG OFF! That's
what I've learned from Jim's situation. I neither mean to be callused nor
apathetic but when folks start discussing the problems of the world with
me, that's how I respond. "Don't tell me about it," I say. Here's
why: full time and without pay, I help sustain life in balance by practicing
and teaching a scientific relationship building technique that I have perfected
over a period of 40 years. Some experts acknowledge that it is a key process
for wellness, social and environmental balance, one that co-creates with
nature.
My process is based on learning how to become consciously
connected to webstrings. They are the actual
strands that cohesively make up, unify and sustain the web of life in balance.
It is no accident that you probably have never
heard of them, seen them, know what they are or how they work. If you did,
we would not have so many stressful social and environmental disorders.
You see, our economy and survival is largely based on selling technological,
chemical and social tranquilizers for the stress we induce. Webstrings prevent
that stress from occurring in the first place. That's why our runaway problems
are seldom found in nature.
Our troubles exist because, on average, members
of contemporary society spend less than .0005% of their lives in conscious
sensory contact with the web of life in natural areas.
If you are unfamiliar with Webstrings, I suggest
you now take ten minutes and read the article that describes their workings
at http://www.webstrings.org/lifeweb.html. Had Charles and his family been connected to them they
would have found ways to rectify the difficulties associated with his name.
His hurt from then would not be disrupting his relationships now. Folks
would have an easier time in using his new name, too.
When the war broke out in Kosovo,
I did what I could to help stop it. I contacted appropriate leaders, peacemakers,
and media personnel about connecting all parties with webstrings. Conscious
contact with them energizes nature's ways into balancing our relationships.
I've written Colin Powell, Al and Tipper Gore, the Clinton's, The Mayo Clinic,
the Congress, environmental educators etc. My suggestion has rarely been
acknowledged or incorporated. However, those that follow it, benefit from
it.
When the killing of students by students at
a school occurs, I do what I can to help stop it from happening
again. I suggest all parties, including teachers become in volved with learning
how to connect with each other through webstrings. This suggestion is rarely
acknowledged or incorporated. However, those that follow it, benefit from
it.
When I hear of the growing substance abuse by a large sector of
our population, I do what I can to help prevent it. I suggest all of us
learn how to become connected with each other and the environment through
webstrings. This suggestion is rarely acknowledged or incorporated. However,
those that follow it, benefit from it.
When I see and hear about the deteriorating state of Earth and
ecosystems, I do what I can to help stop it. I suggest all of us learn how
to come into balance with each other and the environment through webstrings.
This suggestion is rarely acknowledged or incorporated. However, those that
follow it, benefit from it.
When I see the amount of stress related medical and emotional disorders
that prevail, I do what I can to help stop them. I contact appropriate leaders
and media personnel about using webstrings for healing. My suggestion has
rarely been acknowledged or incorporated. However, those that follow it,
benefit from it.
When I see the amount of money going into budgets to repair the damage
we do to each other and the environment, I do what I can to help reduce
these expenses. I contact appropriate leaders and media personnel about
saving money by using webstrings. My suggestion has rarely been a cknowledged or incorporated. However, those that follow it, benefit
from it.
When I see and hear about runaway population increases, violence and
social injustice, I suggest we learn how to use webstrings to help reverse
these problems. I make the same suggestion when I observe us subduing the
environment as a dictate of God. My suggestion is rarely acknowledged or
incorporated. However, those that follow it, benefit from it.
When I see graduation after graduation take place of more and
more students who are webstring illiterate,
I do what I can to improve their education. I not only offer them the webstring
experiences they deserve through my books and courses, I contact appropriate
leaders and media personnel about connecting students to webstrings as part
of their education. This suggestion is rarely acknowledged or incorporated.
It often aggravates educational administrators for they fear controversy.
However, those that follow it, benefit from it.
If I were a student today, I would file a class action suit for neglect
against my school and the various Departments of Education that permit it
to continue to operate irresponsibly. I would sue for the damages I and
others suffer and will suffer because, to our cost, the educational community
won't teach the webstring knowledge that promotes
wellness and responsible relationships with people and the environment.
A suit would motivate education to change, like Jim did by confronting his
friend..
When I see peacemakers, spiritualists and meditators try to bring
the world together without consciously connecting with the webstrings
that form the great circle of life, I contact them and suggest they include
learning how to be guided by webstrings as part of their activities. My
suggestion has rarely been acknowledged or incorporated. However, those
that do follow it, benefit from it.
Either Webstrings are worthless and I and my students are fools, or,
like adopting with difficulty to Jim's name, contemporary society is addicted
to accept thinking and relating in ways that continue to throw life out
of balance. We have yet to acknowledge a dangerous webstring blind spot
in how we see and relate, no less use webstring learning technology to reverse
this dilemma.
To paraphrase Jim, "Webstrings are correct, a legitimate choice,
their time has come, and they are legal. Just learn to connect with them."
I have documented
that Webstrings make beneficial contributions to those who choose to become
involved with them. I conclude that those who don't use them have become
so bewildered (wilderness separated) they deny that we try to resolve our
problems by using the same webstring disconnected thinking that produces
them. Such denial is often a symptom of addiction.
Webstrings enable a person to thoughtfully recycle destructive thinking
and relate in unified balance and diversity, like nature works. Our zealous
conquest of nature has prejudiced our psyche to fear and resent nature and
webstrings. When we don't use them, we abuse them.
Understandably, the response by many to whom I introduce webstrings,
is similar to requesting that the Ku Klux Klan invite Afro-Americans into
their organization. One expects this from people whose thinking is additively
bigoted. As is common in the KKK and street gangs, we often place in positions
of leadership those of us who are most successful at what we do, no matter
its craziness.
Resistance to change is not a human quality when prejudice or addiction
are not involved. For example, in less than a decade we moved from a
non-air conditioned society to air conditioning, from non-computers to computers,
from hurting Japanese people to respecting them.
If you are unhappy about what is happening to your deeper ideals and
all of life, please don't complain to me. Instead, please learn how to use
webstrings. If your cause or thinking does not include the easily available
use of webstrings, it is not doing all it can do and should do. That's what
each of us must do for we and Earth are at risk.
Here's my contribution: I invite you to
learn how to move beyond the global life community disconnections and prejudices
you may have been taught and bring webstrings into your relationships. Then
you can help others similarly benefit. I, and many others, will be happy
to support you in this effort.
